Alumni of Clausthal University of Technology have the opportunity to become members of an exclusive portal and network. If you have taught, researched or worked at Clausthal University of Technology, you also belong to this group. Currently enrolled students who have already obtained their first academic degree or who are interested in getting in touch with former TU Clausthal students are also invited to register in the portal. Registering in the Alumni Portal has numerous advantages:

• You can always keep your data up to date.
• You can view and change your data.
• You can be found and contacted by your former fellow students.
• You are more independent than with large social networks.
• You decide which information is accessible to other TU Clausthal alumni registered on the portal. (For example, if you click on "hidden member", you will not be visible to others in the portal and only Clausthal University of Technology will know your contact details).
• You can search for former fellow students or lecturers.
• You can form career networks and interest groups within a protected, exclusive framework.
• You get access to special offers and events of the university.
• You get access to news from the faculties and institutes.
• You will come into contact with people you would not otherwise meet.
• It is a university-owned, web-based "social network" that is not financed by advertising.

How to become a member:

You log in to the TU Clausthal Alumni Portal and register under 'Become a member'. After your details have been checked, you will receive an activation code which will give you access to the portal.

Registration in the web-based Alumni Portal is free of charge.
