The Master's degree course in Systems Engineering is interdisciplinary and designed as a postgraduate course. It combines content from engineering, natural sciences and computer science for the development and realization of complex technical systems and is particularly aimed at TU alumni who already have experience from the professional world.
The tasks of a systems engineer include the development of new products, taking into account their entire life cycle including recycling, organization of production processes, quality monitoring as well as project planning, implementation and integration of complex systems with a multidisciplinary background. In the course of development, essential activities such as system analysis, system design, system development and system testing must be mastered.
The course can be studied part-time and involves a total of approx. 11 weeks of attendance at Clausthal University of Technology.

Admission requirements:
Qualified diploma, bachelor's or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer science or a closely related course of study and at least 5 years of professional experience.
